Jack D. Steinman, age 87, of Cassopolis, died peacefully Friday morning, June 17, 2016, in Cass County Medical Care Facility in Cassopolis.Jack was born March 3, 1929 in Buckley, Illinois. He married Lois Jean Souers May 17, 1963 in Elkhart, Indiana. She survives. He was preceded in death by his parents; four sisters; and one brother.Jack will be greatly missed by family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of fifty three years, Lois Steinman of Cassopolis; three daughters, Nannette (husband, Shelley) Sperry of Scotts, Michigan, Lynn Steinman of Cassopolis, Gina (husband, Terry) Rubenthaler of Niles; three grandchildren, Kristina, Brock, and Erin. The family will observe a private remembrance.
