Jack M. E. Sellers II, 65, of Lakeland, passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2013 due to cancer. He was born to the late Jack and Mary Louveeda Sellers on November. 22, 1947, in Albemarle, NC. Jack graduated from Hewitt-Trussville High School. He joined the U.S. Marines where he was appointed Honorman of his platoon in 1968. He severed honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. Jack worked as an air traffic controller until the strike of 1981. Jack also worked as a devoted employee for Saddle Creek Corporation. Jack served loyally as the North Florida State President of the U.S. Military Vets Motorcycle Club of which he was a member for 9 years.
