Jack Price RackleyLoving husband, father, brother, uncle and friend to many went to be with the lord on Saturday December 1st at 10:33 was born on November 19th 1939 In Boerne Texas to Mother Lutie Jean Rackley and Father, Lilburn Price graduated from Northside High School in 1958 and went on to receive a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University in faithfully served the Texas Employment Commission for 29 years where he retired as the manager of the Kerrville Office in 1994. While there he touched many lives and received numerous accolades and awards for his outstanding service and achievements, including the 1986 “handicapped person of the year” from San Antonio mayor Henry is survived by his loving wife of 41 years Judy Rackley, his son Gene “Jeep” Rackley and his beloved sister Carolyn “Susan” Conklin. Jack also leaves nine adoring nieces and nephews and many, many close friends that he considered family as well. He was preceded in his ascent by his parents Lutie and Lilburn Rackley, and two brothers James Rackley and Benny was a dedicated friend to many and a member of the South Texas Car Club. He enjoyed life and all things in it both big and Rackley will be missed more than words can say, but his works and his legacy will live on forever through the many lives that he touched while on this earth.
