Jack L. Majors, 79, of Cromwell, died on Monday September 29, 2008 at Middlesex Hospital, Middletown.
Jack was born on March 14, 1929 in Hartford, Kansas a son of the late Guy and Mabel (Brown) Majors. He attended both the University of Kansas and the Emporia State University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Education. During the Korean War, he served four years with the US Air Force, and by this time had achieved a thirty-second Scottish Rite Masonic degree.
He is survived by his daughter, Mary (Majors) Barth and her husband Daniel of Nashua, NH and their children, Katherine and Rachel; his son, David Majors and his wife Amy of Bristol and their children, Jennifer, Emily and Lindsey.
