Jack H. McKague died Monday, May 4, 2015, after a long illness. He was born in Denver, Colorado on April 27, 1931 to Walter H. McKague and Hertha Fulscher McKague. When he was an infant the family moved to Salt Lake City, Utah where he graduated from East High School and later graduated with a B.S. in economics from Colorado State University.

Jack married Madalynne Kitchell on June 21, 1952 in Fort Collins, Colorado. He served in the Army for two years during the Korean War.

Jack is survived by his wife Madalynne, his son, Stephen, daughter-in-law Lori, son Kirk, and grandchildren, Evan, Jessie and husband Sol Brumbaugh, all from Salt Lake City. He is also survived by his daughter, Barbara, son-in-law, Neil Morton, and grandchildren, Jake and Kyle, from Seattle, brother, Col. James F. McKague of Highland, California, several cousins and one aunt.
