CMSgt Jack Eldon Moore, Sr., USAF (ret.), age 78, passed away at his home on Thursday, October 20, 2011. Born in Wood, South Dakota, on February 25, 1933, he was the son of Allis and Agnes Thornburg Moore. A resident of Boerne since 1997, he was a member of St. John Lutheran Church. Preceded in death by his parents, Jack is survived by his wife, Elaine; Children, Jack E. Moore, Jr. (Brenda), Terry Moore (Laurie), and Sandy Ruelle (Mark); grandchildren, Erin Parks (Seth), Nicholas Moore, Alisha Moore, Emily Ritchey (Chris), Madison Ruelle, Nelson Ruelle, Trenten Moore, Rachel Moore, and Michelle Moore; great grandson, Maxwell Parks; sisters, Twila Edwards of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and Betty Sinkler of Winner, South Dakota; brothers, Larry Moore of Hall City, South Dakota and Charles Vaughan of Buhl, Idaho.
