Jack E. Current, 73 of Grafton passed away Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Grafton City Hospital. He was born in Thornton on October 4, 1936 son of the late Lester L. and Mary Helen Morris Current. Jack graduated from Grafton High School. He owned his own refrigeration business. Jack worked as a policeman, fireman and for the B & O Railroad in his earlier years. He worked at St Regis for 20 years and retired from the state of WV as the inspector for the beauty and barber shops. He also was an instructor at the Clarksburg Beauty Academy. Jack enjoyed hunting and fishing and just being outdoors. He was a huge WV Mountaineers fan and never met a stranger. He is survived by two daughters, Debbie Lemasters, and Krissy Nuzum and husband Michael all of Grafton; four grandchildren, Amy Beth Current, Tifton, GA, Jason Smith, West Hamlin, WV; Zachary and Dakota Nuzum, Grafton; two brothers; Doug Current and Michael D. Current; two sisters, Patricia A. Gallagher and Donna Sue Boccadori; two former wives, Ramona Thompson and Connie Current; three nieces, Andrea Boccadori, Heather Gallagher, Katie Current; one nephew, Michael Current and many friends too numerous to count. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Tami Linn Smith, nephews, Daniel Patrick Gallagher and Christopher Boccadori.
