He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Geneva Lewis. He is survived by his parents, Jack Daniel Lewis, Sr. and Deloris Kay Pettigrew Short, both of Rocky Face; grandparents, Wayne and Diane Pettigrew of Lafayette, and James Lewis of Rocky Face; and several aunts and uncles. Jack had a kind, giving, and loving heart. He was a big Georgia Bulldogs and NASCAR fan. He enjoyed spending his time fishing and with his family.
