Jack Auld 59, of Ft. Wayne, passed away peacefully at his home on Sunday, March 22, 2015, surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his companion, Tonya; mother, Patricia; son, Chad; sisters, Susan, Debbie, and Cindy; and brothers, Terry and Curt. He was preceded in death by his father Clyde; and sister Karen.
