Mr. Blair died Saturday December 18, 2010 in a Belton Nursing home. Mr. Blair was born April 4, 1921 in Oakalla the son of Jim and Hattie Blair. He was a US Army Veteran. He was retired from the Texas State Highway Department after 35 years. He was a Baptist.
He was the last survivor of his brothers and sisters, preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters. Survivors include two sons Clifford Blair and Mike Blair both of Salado; two daughters Debbie Edmondson of Salado and Peggy Jones of Springdale, Arkansas. Eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
