J. E. “Bud” Robbins, 89 of Scottsdale, AZ passed away of congestive heart failure on May 17th, 2011 at his home. The son of William and Ava Ricker Robbins, he was born November 14, 1921 in Orange Cove, California. He studied citriculture at Cal-Poly in San Dimus, CA until entering the US Navy, where he served for three years in the Pacific Theatre.
