Ivar Floyd Ramey Ivar Floyd Ramey of Boise (Hidden Springs), Idaho died at the age of 78 on Friday, Jan. 2, 2009 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Meridian, Idaho from complications related to a lingering illness. Ivar was born at home on July 1, 1930 in Metaline Falls, Wash., to Amelia Ann Burbank and Lloyd Martin Ramey. He was the eighth of nine children.
