Ivan Dean Reynolds 69 of Rupert, Idaho passed away on January 31, 2018 in Fort Mojave, Arizona from complications of COPD. Ivan was born on December 11, 1948 in Burley, Idaho to Earl (Hap) and Irene Reynolds. Ivan was the youngest of 4 children. Ivan and Angie Zampedri met in 1968 and were later married on February 28, 1969. From that union there are 4 children.
Ivan was involved in Search and Rescue in the Mini-Cassia area and also being a Reserve Policeman in Caldwell, Idaho. Ivan started at Amalgamated Sugar Co. in 1979 as an inventory control clerk and worked his way up to Sr. buyer until his retirement in 2013.
Ivan loved to camp and go four wheeling with his friends and family to find new sights to see. He enjoyed golfing in Caldwell with all venders and friends in tournaments. One of Ivan’s greatest moments was having his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren at home for family get- togethers and dinners. He would stand on the deck and watch the kids play in the yard. Ivan was a man of few words but his smile to watch them play was priceless. Ivan had a strong faith in his God and believed in his Bible firmly. He always would share that with his kids and others. He was close to cousins in the Mini-Cassia area also.
Ivan is survived by his wife Angie of 48 years and his children Stacey (Austin) Bridges, Oakley, ID., Jeff (Cherie) Reynolds, Rupert, ID., Holli (Bobby) Rowe, Rupert, ID., and Jeremy Reynolds, Boise, ID., 2 brothers Don Foust (Virginia) St. Mohave, AZ., and Morris (Emmanuel) Reynolds, Riverside, CA., 13 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents Earl and Irene, 1 brother Russell, and 2 nephews Rob Foust and Don Foust.
