Iva O. Reeder, 89, of the Hillside Assisted Living, died Monday, November 28, 2011, at The Gatehouse Hospice following a brief illness.
Iva was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church, sang in the choir for many years, enjoyed quilting, reading and playing the piano and organ.
Born February 13, 1922 in Janesville, she was the daughter of Herbert A. and Bertha P. Johns Hendershot.
Surviving are her sons, Charles H. Lee of Flagstaff, Ariz., Stephan L. (Crystal) Reeder of Williamsport and Dr. John J. (Diane) Reeder of Summerville, S.C.; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Iva was predeceased by her husband, Charles E. “Red” Reeder; a son, Glenn D. Reeder; a brother and three sisters.
