Iva Loradeane Pase, age 98, of Grafton, passed away Sunday, June 9, 2013, at Beulahland Assisted Living. She was born April 18, 1915, in Hundred, Wetzel County, WV, a daughter of the late William Edward Himelrick and Harriett (Ford) Himelrick Peacock. She was also preceded in death by her step father Luther Edward Peacock, and her husband, Keith Pase, Jr. who passed away in 2002.
Mrs. Pase was a florist and worked at various floral shops including the former Wilson Florist of Grafton, and Coombs Florist of Morgantown. She was a Grafton High School graduate, class of 1933, and a member of the Broadway Baptist Church of Augusta, Georgia. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.
She is survived by: one son, Jack K. Pase and wife Anna, of Grafton; two granddaughters, Tammy Pase, of Bridgeport, and Tracey Gregor and husband Brian, of Fairmont; five great grandchildren, Patrick Zorick, Kelly Boyce and husband Brandon, Justin Gregor, Elizabeth Gregor, and Joshua Gregor; and one great great grandson, Carson Levi Boyce. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by: one brother, Clyde; and two sisters Thelma and June.
