Isabelle Barbara (Kosinski) Brown, 100, of Middletown, wife of the late William D. Brown, II, passed away on Sunday, November 14th at home with her family by her side. Born in Middletown on May 18, 1910, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Agnes (Staniszewski) Kosinski. Isabelle was a career wife, mother, and homemaker and was the heart of the family. We all will miss her dearly. She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Warren (Sybil) Hyde of Orange; one son, Richard D. Brown of Durham; three grandsons, Stephen Brown of Cromwell, Peter Brown of Deep River, and James Brown of Fredericksburg, VA; a granddaughter, Lisa Brown of Middletown; five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Besides her husband and parents, she was predeceased by four sisters, Mrs. Robert (Emilia) White, Regina Kosinski, Adelle Avayanos and Mrs. G. Valdemar (Jeanine) Johnson; two brothers, Walter and Theodore Kosinski and her son, William D. Brown, III.
