Isabell Louise Pumphrey, age 75, of Salem, WV passed away on Monday, January 9, 2017 at her residence. She was born October 4, 1941 in Clarksburg, WV, the daughter of the late Amos Earl Feathers and Velva Blanche (Williams) Feathers.
She is survived by her companion, Doran Webb of Salem, WV; two daughters, Wilma Swisher & her companion, Jimmy of Clarksburg, WV and Susie Jacobs & her fiancé, Vance of West Union, WV; a son, Bobby Pumphrey & his wife, Linda of Salem, WV; four stepchildren, Dennis Webb & his wife, Tonya of Marshville, WV, Michael Webb & Rexanne of Jane Lew, WV, David Webb & his wife, Betty of Marshville, WV and Becky Webb of Marshville, WV; six grandchildren, Robert, Missy, Jeff, Brett, Michelle and Courtney; seven step grandchildren; four great grandchildren, Dawson, Dalton, Kaylin and Joshua; six step great grandchildren; four sisters, “Sissy” Marks of Liberty Addition, Barbara Stout of Liberty Addition, Judy Feathers of Shinnston, WV and Beverly Feathers of Clarksburg, WV; two brothers, Bobby Feathers of Wallace, WV and Buck Feathers of Clarksburg, WV.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two sons, George Pumphrey and Alfred Pumphrey; two sister, Jean Allowat and Janet Feathers; two brother, Donny Feathers and Leroy Feathers.
