MEIER, Isabel F. of Portage, Michigan. Passed away peacefully early Thursday morning, May 10, 2012. She was born November 28, 1925 in Bellevue, PA, the daughter of Robert and Emma Batey McCartney. On January 3, 1959, she was united in marriage to Konrad A. Meier, who preceded her in death on April 23, 2006.
Also preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers, Bob and Ted McCartney; and two sisters, Ann Duff-Beckwith and Delores Patak. Surviving are her children, David Malone of Denver, CO, Dennis Malone of Cleveland, OH, Susan Keith Newburry of Portage, Sheila Meier of Iowa City, IA, and Steven Meier of Portage; three grandchildren, Dina, Matt and Evan; three great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Charles Eileen McCartney and Bill Donna McCartney both of Pittsburg, PA.
