Mr. Irvin Fuller Giffin, Jr., age 76 of Newnan, GA passed away Saturday, September 3, 2016 at Sacred Journey Hospice in McDonough, GA. Mr. Giffin was born July 23, 1940 in Altoona, PA to the late Irvin Fuller Giffin, Sr. and Edna Wachob Gifford. He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Eileen Giffin; their daughter, Michelle Giffin Mcateer and her husband Robert; two grandchildren, Alexander Mcateer and Julianne Mcateer; sister, Merrianne Masson and her husband James; and many nieces and nephews. Irv spent his life following his dreams by doing everything from building custom furniture to being a park ranger in the Rocky Mountain National Park. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family, especially at the beach with his grandchildren.
