Born April 25, 1932 in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico, Barrio Corozo she is predeceased by her parents, Reynaldo Padilla & Maria Eugenia Hernandez of Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. She is survived by her siblings Ilia Ramos, Jesus Padilla, Elvin Padilla, Awilda Vizcarrondo, and Ida Iris Padilla.
Irma was a homemaker living in the Bronx, New York and joined with her husband, Pedro Martinez.
