On Tuesday, January 16, 2017 Iris went to be with our Lord, joining her beloved son, David Jr, her parents, William and Nellie Mae Givens, Sr., her sister Edith Odom and brother, Clifford Givens.
Iris is survived by her husband of 65 years, David Miller, Sr., one son Eddie Miller, two daughters, Treva (Ron) Edwards, Monica (Gary) Sullivan, four brothers; William Givens, Rex (Terri) Givens, Chad Givens, and Dale (Cindy) Givens, three sisters; Ramona (Pat) Miller, Inez Westmoreland, and Dottie Humphery, eight grand children, thirteen great grandchildren , several nieces and nephews.
