Irene Sobin, age 91, of Milford, the wife of the late Joseph Sobin, passed away on Sunday, March 16, 2008, in Milford Hospital. She was born on December 12, 1916, in Bridgeport. A life long area resident, she was employed by Remington in Bridgeport, Robert Shaw and Alinabal in Milford before retiring. In her spare time, she enjoyed the Milford Senior Center especially the Gospel Choir and Puppetiers. Mrs. Sobin is survived by her devoted sons Roger L. Csugi and William J. Csugi both of Milford, 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she is also predeceased by her first husband Joseph Csugi, brother Bill Szarka and sister Matilda Kasinski.
