Irene K. (Kessinger) McCann of Plymouth, passed away at Plymouth Harborside Healthcare on June 23, 2021 at the age of eighty-four. She was the beloved wife of Robert P. McCann; loving mother of Robert McCann and his wife Carmin of Florida, Brian McCann and his wife Terice of Plymouth, and Timothy McCann and his wife Jessica of So. Grafton; cherished grandmother of Christopher, Kim, Amanda, Brian, Matthew, Rebecca and Luke. She was the great grandmother to three and the sister of John Kessinger, Robert Kessinger, Marie Sullivan, Marilyn Smith, James Kessinger and the late Lawrence Kessinger.Irene was born on May 15, 1937 in Dorchester to Guy and Alice (Bulman) Kessinger. She worked as a seamstress alongside her husband in their upholstery business. She enjoyed many hobbies including cooking, traveling, crafting and quilting.
