Iona M. Brown, 75, of Fortville, passed away Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at Rawlins House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Pendleton.
She was born February 1, 1939 in Indianapolis to the late Orville G. and Viola (Stewart) Bell. Iona was a homemaker. She is survived by daughters: Becky S. (Gary) Moore of Fortville and Cathy J. Wertenberger of Greenfield; 11 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and sister Jeannette F. Hinson of TN.
Iona was preceded in death by her husband Orville “Bud” Brown in 2002; daughters Pamela Fields, Patricia Sigler and Tammie Charlton; granddaughters Christine and Charity Gallagher; and brother Orville G. Bell, Jr.
