Ingeborg Szegleti, of Chesaning, formerly Washington State,died peacefully after a long illness of May 3, 2024, at the age of 84.Inge was born on September 15, 1939, in Yugoslavia. She immigrated to the United States when she was only 19 years old. She married her husband, Imre Szegleti in 1961. They lived most of their life in Washington State. They had 58 years of marriage together until his death in 2019.Inge had a passion for taking care of those that she loved. She often shared the crop of her garden with her local convent. She especially loved her weekly, Saturday morning shopping trips with her daughter, Sylvia. She enjoyed taking trips with Imre to Europe, Hawaii, and many cruises.Ingeborg is survived by her daughter, Sylvia (Brian) Szegleti-Kolles; grandson, Christian (Alysia) Kolles; many nieces and nephews in Europe. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and her two sisters, Heidi and Hilda.
