WINSTED – MCGINN – Inez Fracasso McGinn, 95, passed away on Monday, October 9, 2017. She was the loving wife for 64 years of the late William J. McGinn, Jr., who passed away in 2006. Inez was a devoted mother, communicant of St. Joseph’s Church and worked for many years at St. Anthony’s School. She was a past-president of: The Daughters of Isabella, St. Anthony PTO and The Catholic Women’s Club. She loved to travel, cook and entertain friends, dance, read and spent most of her leisure time with her grandchildren. She is survived by her children, Inez Finn and husband Edmund, Robert McGinn, Colleen Dondero and husband John, Maureen McGinn, Margaret Broussard and husband Melvin, Richard McGinn and wife Meg, and her son’s, widow, Nancy McGinn; 13 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her brother, John Fracasso. Inez was predeceased by a son, William J. McGinn, III; brothers: Harry and Anthony Fracasso and sister, Millie Mazzochi.
