Ina Sue Backman (Gearhart), 86, of Littleton passed away peacefully at Littleton Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and 2 brothers as well as her husband, Jack Sr., her daughter Nancy Kay and her granddaughter Nancy Brooke.
She is survived by her sister Betty Robinson (Bob) of Sacramento, CA, her lifetime friend and companion Joe Canzona of Littleton; her sons, Bill (Lori) of Littleton, Jack Jr. of Centennial, and Scott (Toni) of Parker; and her daughter Shannon (Jeff) of Parker. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was born in Celina, Texas but was a long-time Colorado resident. She was a recent employee of Littleton Public Schools and was co-founder of the Arapahoe Youth League and the Littleton Warriors organization.
