IlaDean Hagen, 72, of Idaho Falls, passed away at home on February 21, 2018. She had battled metastatic pancreatic cancer since July of last summer.

She was born June 30, 1945, in Blackfoot, Idaho. She moved to Idaho Falls when she was eight years old. She spent the remainder of her life there enjoying an extensive network of friends and many close family members living nearby. She is predeceased by her parents Dean Clark and Fern (Clark) McClellan, her husband Robert Norris Hagen, and their daughter Amy Jo Hagen, all of Idaho Falls.

Bob and IlaDean raised three girls: Candace, Krista, and Amy Jo. While the girls were young, IlaDean worked as a hair stylist in her home salon, and had clients that became life-long friends. Later, when a car accident rendered her unable to stand for long periods, IlaDean went back to school and earned an MSW degree from Walla Walla University. She became a social worker, working as a rape crisis counselor, a victims’ advocate, and was a social worker with Allstar Counseling.

She loved to help people, especially children.
