Ignacio Alomia Jr. was the second child born to Ignacio Alomia Sr, and Gregoria Portocarrero Alomia on June 11, 1962 in Bronx, New York. Ignacio graduated from Aviation High School in New York City, New York. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and his Master’s degree in Business Administration Information Security Management, Cum Laude from Jones International University. Ignacio served his country for 10 years and was honorably discharged as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force in 1991.
