Idell Tomlinson Pearce, 93
Idell Tomlinson Pearce went home to be with her Lord on June 16, 2021, surrounded by her loving family and caregivers. She was born on September 11, 1927, in Okeechobee, Florida, and lived her entire life there.
Mrs. Pearce left a legacy of love and faithfulness to her Lord, her family, and her friends. She was an active member of First Baptist Church and also enjoyed supporting the Okeechobee Pregnancy Center as well as other organizations that minister to people in need.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy Tomlinson and Viola (Sutton) Tomlinson; her husband, John F. Pearce Sr.; and her son, John F. Pearce, Jr. “Frank”.
Idell is survived by her daughters, Becky (Bill) Boney of Jacksonville, N.C. and Cindy (Skip) Croncich of Navasota, Tx.; daughter in law, Linda Pearce; grandchildren, Jeff (Kim) Lewis, Wil (Shandi) Croncich, Mark (Kiersten) Lewis, Beth (David) Kearns, Wendy (Adam) Crum, and Rosa (Nick) Burkett; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
