Ida Jeanette Stover – Skinner 96, passed away September 11, 2016 at the Circle of Life Hospice in Chariton, Iowa. Ida was born on October 31, 1919 in Lucas, Iowa to Arthur and Nellie Gwinn. Ida was one of four children.
Ida married Woodrow Stover in 1939 and they were married until his death in 1987. Ida and Woodrow had four children Donald(Shelley), Jeanette Wade (deceased), David (deceased), and Joan (Michael) Corpe.
Ida enjoyed dancing, travel, the love of her family and friends and never met a stranger. Ida was remarried in 1990 to Maurice Skinner until his death in 2011.
She is survived by her two children Donald(Shelley) and Joan (Michael) Corpe. Sister Evelyn Sanders, Judy Chapin, Opal Medearis and brother Ronnie (Kay) Gwinn.
