Those left to honor Ida May’s memory are her husband, Don of Newton; daughter, Cindy (Manzar) Shah of Newton; and two sons, Donnie (Terri) Morris of Sully, and Larry E. (Melissa) Morris of Newton; and her six grandchildren.
Ida May was a graduate of Newton High School in 1953.
Ida May was an active member of the Salvation Army in Newton, where she was a member of the Women’s Fellowship and she was the Community Cares Community Sergeant.
Ida May loved taking care of and watching over her children and grandchildren. She also enjoyed crocheting, music, and listening to the Gaithers.
