Ida Mae Phillips, 100, of Jefferson City, formerly of Moberly, passed away Wednesday, April 13, 2022. She was born January 18, 1922 in Taylorville, IL. to the union of Albert and Lela (McArdle) Mills.
She was preceded in death by her husbands’ Howard D Stephens and Roger Phillips. Also preceding her in death were her parents, sisters Alberta Gronewald, Vivian Tilton, Norma Smith, Joyce Smith and her brother John Albert Mills.
Survivors include her children Sharon Mangano, Moberly, Mo., Douglas Stephens and his wife Susan of Jefferson City, Mo., Sandra Jordan and her husband Darrell of Ocean Isle Beach, NC., 9 grandchildren Justine Mangano, Gino Mangano (Emily),Christopher Mangano, Sherry Gyuro, Stacey Gleeson, Stephanie Ripka (Keith), Jennifer Davis, Jamey Stephens (Chandra), Jeremy Stephens, 14 great grandchildren , 3 great great grandchildren , sister Joann Kinderman of Pana, IL, and many nieces, nephews , extended family and many wonderful friends.
