Ms. Ida Mae Larkin, 64, of Elkhart, passed away peacefully following an extended illness on Monday, Oct. 9, 2017 at 6:51 pm at Elkhart General Hospital.
She was born August 22, 1953 in Sikeston, MO to the late Guy and Alberta (Martin) Larkin, Sr.
Surviving are her children Tressa, Rita, Melody and Lamont (Jamie) Larkin, all of Elkhart; grandchildren Malique Boothe, Mashaila Larkin-Boothe and Terez, Meleahya and Kaylena Larkin; sisters Sally (Elbert) House and Emma Larkin of Elkhart and Betty Larkin-Cannon of Denver, CO; brothers Guy (Hattie) Larkin, Jr. of Memphis, TN and John Larkin of Elkhart; along with a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and an aunt left to cherish her memory. Preceding Ida in death are siblings Bobby and Charlotte Larkin.
