She is survived by her children Vernon Ely (Virginia), Twyla Petropoulos (Marcus), Nancy Shiew, Karl Ely (Stephanie), Ellen Pailos (Tom) as well as 13 Grandchildren and 13 Great Grandchildren. Precede in death by husband Hervey Ely and 2 sons Lyle Ely and Bruce Ely.
