Ida D’Eletto , 87, peacefully passed away August 25. She was born in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of deceased parents Rosario and Catherine Vecchio. She was married to Attilio (Charlie) D’Eletto for 64 amazing years. After marrying in Brooklyn, they resided in Long Island, and then lived in Cape Canaveral, FL for the last 28 years.
Above all family was the most important thing to Ida and she will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and mother-in-law.
Ida and Charlie had four wonderful children together: Bob and his wife Susan of Satellite Beach, FL; Tom (predeceased) and his wife Kathy of Long Island, NY; Steve and Carol of Pawcatuck, CT; and Donna Condon and her husband Tim of Long Island, NY. They also enjoyed 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren: Elizabeth, husband Justin and their twins Emma and Connor; Teresa and husband Dave; Christina, husband Jason, and their daughter Grace; Michael; Danny [predeceased]; and Chris.
