Ida “Anne” Morrell Basler, age 72, of Dacula, GA passed away February 15, 2021.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Allan Morrell, Jr, and Sara Elizabeth Miller Morrell.
She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Tom H. Basler, Dacula, GA; children, Ryan Allen and April Basler, Kennesaw, GA, Susan Pilar Basler, and Paul Vialpando, LaGrange, KY, Thea Lynn Basler, and Paul Andrianis, Hollywood, FL; grandchildren, Lance and Allison Vilapando and Nathan John Basler.
Mrs. Basler was born on December 18, 1948, in Nashville, TN, but her parents lived in Pulaski, TN. She attended Martin Methodist College from 1966-1968 and received her Bachelor of Science in Geography in 1970 and her Master of Arts in Teaching in April 1973.
Mrs. Basler’s most loved hobby was cross-stitching and she loved to watch NASCAR cup races and shows on veterinary science.
