Janice (Jan) Kay Bartolina, 72, passed away with her sons by her side at Porter Adventist Hospital on December 10th, 2019. The cause was Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis.
She was born on August 24th, 1947 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Jan lived in Bismarck and Grand Forks, North Dakota; Denver, Colorado Springs and Littleton, Colorado; and Jacksonville, Florida.
Survivors include her sons Sean and Ryan Hubbard, daughters-in-law Amanda Hubbard and Lauren Getsie, and her adoring grandchildren, Keenan and Xiola (Ryan and Amanda), and Maxwell and Lucy (Sean and Lauren). She was preceded in death by her parents Earnest and Kathryn Bartolina and her brother Earnest Bartolina Jr.
