Mrs. I.C. Boyd peacefully passed away at a local hospital in San Diego.

I.C. completed her formal education at Elisa Miller High School. She accepted Christ at an early age under the Pastorage of the late Reverend P. G. Clayborne, at St.
On January 13, 1946, I.C. united in holy matrimony to the late Herbert Lee Boyd. To this union eight children were born. Herbert Lee Jr., Joyce Sharee, Samuel Bernard and Betty Jean preceded her in death.
In 1956, I.C. moved with her family to San Diego, California.
I.C. Boyd went home to be with the Lord on March 8, 2013. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be lovingly missed by all. Those left to cherish her memory include her children, Vernon Lee (wife Lisa), Victor Ray (wife Bernell) all of San Diego, CA, Mary Virginia (husband Willie) of Hayward, CA and Peggie (husband Steve) of Toledo, WA; thirteen grandchildren and fifteen great-grandchildren.
