Hugh Tony Ayers died at his residence on July 8, 2020, at the age of 81. Born in Eatonton, GA on April 4, 1939, he was the son of the late Moses Clyde Ayers and Doris Batchelor Ayers. On May 15, 1960, he married the former Flora Annette Wallace who preceded him in death in April of 2008. In 1961 he began working for Enterprise Aluminum in Eatonton and retired as an electrician in 1989.
