Hugh Webb lived on Soundshore Dr. in Navarre, Florida, for the last 17 years, but it tells not how he lived, for he was his father’s pride and joy. A life well-lived begins in the foundations of one’s youth. Such was the case for Hugh, growing up in the countryside of Northeast Ohio with its orchards, fields, oak forests, and rambling horse trails. He would ride the trails in the discovery of freedom. From that, he gleaned his lust for life.
