Hugh Eugene Campbell of Hebron, NE the son of Earl and Anna (Goos) Campbell, was born March 4, 1931 in Taylor, NE. He departed this life Friday March 4, 2011 at the V.A. Hospital in Omaha, NE at the age of 80 years.
Hugh grew up and attended school in Taylor, NE. After school he was inducted into the United States Marine Corp., serving from 1951 t o 1959. with an honorable discharge.
He married Phyllis Mae Burkey September 11, 1955 in Broken Bow, Nebraska, this marriage was blessed with the birth of two children.
Hugh was ordained through the Berean School of Study, his first church was in Aliance, NE, he also served in numerous churches including, Bridgeport, NE, Tribune, KS, Leadville, CO, York, NE, Hebron, NE and was still the minister at the Family Worship Center Assembly Of God Church in Geneva, NE.
Hugh enjoyed tinkering with things around the house, always looking for something to improve or fix.
