Hugh Avril Deadwyler, Jr, 66 of Salisbury passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2013 Novant Health Rowan Medical Center.
He was born on November 6th, 1946 in Charlotte, NC and was the son of the late Hugh Avril Deadwyler, Sr. and Eleanor Mott Deadwyler.
He grew up in Charlotte and proudly served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. After retirement he volunteered regularly at the W.G. Hefner VA medical center in Salisbury. He was known by all as a kind and generous man and he will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him.
