Hubertus (aka Hubert) Petrus Schreurs, 86, of Rockledge Florida, formerly of Edison, NJ, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Saturday, March 14, 2020. Hubert was born on October 8, 1933 in Tegelen, Limburg, Holland, son of the late Petrus Schreurs and Ann Lomman.
Hubert was a retired Building Contractor and former President of the New Jersey Builders Association. He was also a Chemist at Celanese, Hess and American Cyanamid. He had also worked for the Ford Motor Company as a Foreman.
Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Joan A. Schreurs: three children, MaryAnn J. Ford and husband Jeffrey of Viera, FL, and John H. Schreurs (fiance Michelle) of Cape Canaveral, FL. and Patty Richardson; three grandchildren, Brandi Schreurs of Linden, NJ, Jamie Schreurs and Summer Schreurs of Cape Canaveral, FL.
