Hubert R Ice, age 88, died Thursday, December 4, 2014 at his Fairmount residence. Hubert was born in Delaware County, IN December 4, 1926 to Thomas and Druzzilla (Barrett) Ice. He Graduated from Fairmount High School in 1945 and attended Indiana Business College for 2 years. He was a proud Army Veteran of WWII serving from 1945-1947.
Mr Ice was employed by Delco-Remy of Anderson as a Machinest for 32 years. He was a member of First Baptist Church Summitville and the American Legion Post 313 of Fairmount. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
He married Wilda M (McBride) Ice. They were married December 22, 1945 in Huntington, IN They celebrated 63 years of marriage before her death on July 31, 2014.

He was preceded in death by a son Tony Ice in 1990, 3 sisters; Marie Kemmer, Irene Long, and Leora Caldwell, 2 brothers; Leonard Ice, and Earl Ice.
