Hoyt E. “Fudge” Berry

Hoyt E. “Fudge” Berry, 92, of Greers Ferry, passed away peacefully at home Saturday, March 29, 2014. He was a member of the Seventh Day Worship Center in Concord, Arkansas. Hoyt was a gentle-spirited man who loved his family without measure. He never met a stranger. Hoyt had a determination that was unmatched.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Samantha “Sammie” Berry; parents; one brother; and three sisters.
Hoyt is survived by three sons: Butch (Carol) Berry, Ray (Doris) Moore, and Ed (Sandra) Berry; seven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
The family wishes to express a special appreciation to caregivers Sheryl Cooper, Cindy Fulton, and the staff of Cleburne County Hospice.
