Hoyt Anderson Toney, 81, of Glen Burnie died of cancer on January 22, 2009 after a 2 year illness. Mr. Toney was born on August 22, 1927 in North Carolina to the late Johnnie C. and Cleo Toney. He served in the Army during the Korean War and was a retired Baltimore County police officer.
