Howard Wilbur Russell, 70 Years, passed away Monday, December 6, 2021, at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Howard was born April 13, 1951, in Chicago, IL, to Howard and Rosemarie (Klenczar) Russell.
Howard was a Truck Driver for Liberty Hardwoods for over 17 years, retiring in 2017. During retirement he worked seasonally for Helena Chemical in Ankeny. He was a member of Metz Community Church near Newton.
Howard is survived by his wife, Nancy Fuller, daughter, Angela (Ian) Cridlebaugh of Des Moines, IA; three sons, Michael (Krista) Russell of Austin, TX, Geoffrey Russell of Cottonwood, AZ, and Daniel (Kelli) Russell of Bondurant, IA; sister, Rosemarie (Bruce) Prouty of IL; six grandchildren, Gemma Russell, Alexis Kollath, Kirsten Russell, and Jaden, Noah, and Alivia Cridlebaugh. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Darlene Russell.
