Mr. Finkell was born May 15, 1944 in Daytona Beach, FL. He and his family moved to Lakeland in the late 1960s. Mr. Finkell was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army where he served in Vietnam. He retired from Wonder Bread, where he served as a delivery driver for 12 years.
Mr. Finkell was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 30 years, Joyce Finkell. He is survived by his son, Daniel Finkell; daughters, Mary Tidwell and Laura Nordgren; sister, Annette Davis; 5 grandchildren; and 10 great grandchildren.
