Howard Milton Horst, Jr. 88 years old of Bel Air, Maryland passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2023.
Born December 21, 1934 in Maryland, he was the son of the late Howard Milton Horst, Sr. and Thelma Rose Dolch Horst.
Howard joined the United States Marine Corps at age 17 and served overseas in Korea and Japan, acquiring the rank of sergeant. After his military service, Howard began his 38 year career with Wyeth-Ayerst as a temporary warehouse worker, culminating his career as an executive director.
He was a graduate of the Baltimore College of Commerce, obtaining degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.
Howard is survived by his sons, Martin Horst, Michael Horst, and John Horst, and his grandchildren Kelly Horst, Matthew Horst, Christopher Horst, Alexander Horst, Lauren Horst, Katherine Horst and Nicolas Ngamkhuntod. Also surviving him is his brother Robert Harold Horst.
Howard is preceded in death by his parents, his daughter, Gail Horst, and his loving wife of 65 years, Carole Jean Horst.
